We understand that there are times when an event can not go ahead due to any number of causes.

However when we get a cancellation prior to an event we need to safeguard
against costs as we would have turned down other events on that date,
therefore we have a cancellation policy as follows –

Cancelling an event 7 days before the due date we will require a 25% cancellation fee payable not longer then 7 days after the
event date.

Cancellation must be made by email to [email protected] or phone call to 086-379 4524.
